If you consider overclocking i would recomend the MSI Z77A GD 55. It is in the same price range as the ASRock Fatal1ty Z77 Performance and you will have better overclocking results. Especially if you dont know much about overclocking the mainboard has a build in OC Genie 2 funktion. You set your pc ...

I think a 660 would be fine for the 50 ± 5 fps range. I would get a 660 ti or a 7870/7950 if you can afford it.
