If you consider overclocking i would recomend the MSI Z77A GD 55. It is in the same price range as the ASRock Fatal1ty Z77 Performance and you will have better overclocking results. Change the GPU.... GT240 is poor for games like BF3. If you really want to play at 50-60 FPS you will need high end hardware. Then it would be easier to buy a new PC instead of upgrading parts.
