Yeah, fraps only caused choppy game-play on my old computer, so it's either your ISP or your computer needs a good cleaning.

Fraps is probably the cause.

Better to wait 2 seconds and know where they are going, as compared to runninb after it, die, wait 8 seconds to respawn and have no idea where the flag went.

Just don't walk toward the nade, and just wait it out?

2. DARK CORRIDORS NEVER WORK! It points you out actually through the glowing part of the flag.
