No, it won't delete the validity of the mission.

Have you completed all Zeratul missions?

There 3 missions where you can chose a side.
In the level select you can do the mision for the other side, you should have 26/26 than. :)

No there are 29 missions.
Just go on your achievements --> Liberty Campaing --> Story mode --> Campaign Mastery normal, u'll see all the missions u've/haven't ...

You need the character code to add other persons.
Click on your friend list --> add friend --> over "add a friend character"
or just scroll over your picture.
