Lol i cant imagine this kind of problems for ATI cards. I had always ATI cards so far and ive been always pleased with them.

check your powersupply for the 80+ certification. If it doesnt have one, screw the PS...

Just a suggestion...
MSI is the worst motherboard manufacturer I've ever seen. Go for ASUS or GIGABYTE.

Though I would also go for a DVD burner instead of a ROM-drive for additional 10 Euros. Also, the HDD should be atleast 1TB. 500GB is way too small.
