To be honest though, I don't think Lucasarts gives a shit about this game anymore. If they did, they would have continued to work on it or patch it. Unless you're planning to make money, I think you could do whatever you want.

ja u kan have damage multiplier for body areas as u already know from snip/headshot You add entries in PAWN DAMAGE MULTIOPLIERS and also DAMAGEAFFECTSGAMEPLAY in HIDDEN False/true .
Also u kan have in PAWN DISMEMBERMENT PARTS and use the clonetrooper arms etc from Weapons ACCessories staticmesh .
and add in Bloodsplash HUD for gorefaktor in PAWN VISORBLOODSPLATTERS
Ok so inspired by what you said never tried this before 1) i added sum bones in for trando and commando for MP in the damage multipliers area,also 2) Impact animations for both and 3) Visor bloodsplash for both and 4) HealthAffectsGameplay to TRUE
Someone download this props file and test see how it works and let me know !

btw: I just bought Republic Heroes for my step brother. Guess you know it, it`s sorta Jump and Run game. The interesting thing is that there is a shop where you can buy stuff for the credits you collect, besides various things there are masks that you can buy like Vader, C3PO and........................the four helmets of our heroes of the RC single player and they say their names, means Fixxer etc.. I was pretty surprised cause the game is from 2008/10 ?!?!

What about potential storylines for it ?!
Strange you mention shops but PFWSKIP previously made a map called BOTFORT and it has a shop in it u kan buy from eg ammo etc (its in the PFW mappack)

Hmm well I thought about this seriously. We have 2 options.
Either mod the existing game with limited possibilities to really change
or
use the UDK (Unreal Engine 3) to make a new SWRC experience.
