I beg to differ, I was able to run BF3 on minimal settings on even worse settings, with a A6 processor and a crappier video card, with minimal lag, I'm getting one of these for my bro, though i am upgrading the HDD to a Solid State

Bullshit.
Battlefield 3 (2011) low: 32 fps Compare med.: 22 fps Compare high: 17 fps Compare ultra: 6 fps Compare » The benchmarks indicate that the game is not playable in the tested settings.

Are you sure you quoted the correct card? A lot of the A series laptops have dual GPUs.

Maybe you mean the one paired with the 7670m. I have that combination and while fine for single player, multi player will be below 30fps and unplayable.

Yes I quoted the right one, but I meant single player, whereas multi-player would be terrible, but strangely I get 30 fps (on a good day with low graphics) on my HD Radeon 6520G with a A6-3410 APU on the laptop i am currently using

Um I'm not designing one right now since I already got it all together ordered and whatnot, but my budget was 1000
and I used 400 for all the parts listed

You already bought it? Well you could have got a much better laptop for 1000$ but theres no point getting buyers remorse over it.

You should really have been looking at i7/GTX660m+ configurations at that price point (which would have supported 64mp BF3)

I was looking into the i7 intel series but then i realized that would would much rather play hardcore games like BF3 and Crysis 3 on my desktop build since it can easily handle it, really the only use it will be getting is for minor amounts of 3D design and website development and LoL

Note: This post is pretty unhelpful in the sense that it gives no idea of how your specs might handle BF3, but gives you an OK idea for LoL.
Well in terms of LoL I have an Acer S7 that plays it fine, and that's an ultrabook. Otherwise I'm really not useful for these kind of stuff since i'm not tech savvy!

Color: White
Processor: Intel 1.70GHz Dual Core Core i5-3317U
Installed Memory: 4GB DDR3-1333/PC3-10600
Max Memory: 4GB
Graphics: Intel HD 4000
Display: 13.3 HD widescreen CineCrystal LED LCD multi-touch display 1920x1080
Hard Drive: 128GB SSD SATA
Operating System: Windows 8

Yeah I know the specs is not the best for gaming, but when plugged in to the charger (when power saver mode is turned off) it can play LoL on full graphics at 30+ FPS (seen it hit 50 something). I'm not sure if it will play BF3.

Quick summary: My laptop plays LoL and has pretty bad specs, so ur build will definitely play LoL fine

Thanks infinitii LoL was my main concern, BF3 was just a small hope on which wasn't really necessary
