Kills / Deaths isnt a only good thing to see if someone is good or not.

If he has some technic and if he gives informations (like he's doing during game) it's an other good reason to accept him.

Sure you can test him with K/D but seriously, you must see how he play. Example, he saw you, he told us where you were, he decided to attract you, you came and someone else killed you, so Raise didn't kill you and he has 0/1 cause he died before. Is it a good reason te refuse ?

How is going to attract somebody work in MW2? I think you mean lure. Also, even though nobody will give a fuck, how does the 0/1 not matter then? I don't really get that post. First of all, why would you die to get 1 of them killed? This would only work if either it's their star player or if they're already being outnumbered, when its 4v2 for example, to make it 3v1. Then it would make sense. I however don't see how it may be useful to death4death somebody, when it's even numbers...

What Flo meant there is that a good player, a useful player, can have a bad score, eventhough he helps the team a lot. If you play esl matches, you sometimes have to trick your ennemies and sacrify (accidently of course) yourself :)

I'll let Encide invite you in the steam group. It's weird you haven't got your access so far ! Please PM Vash (first guy when you click on Members on the top right of your screen) and ask him for your access. I already gave you access to your squadforum which you will see when Vash gives you your member's access.
