Can this work?
Overview: Broadband download is an application that uses Microsoft's Windows to take advantage of a dynamic TCP stack. This program is intended for use on 'asymmetric' connections such as Cable or DSL. Asymmetric means that the connections upload speeds are considerably slower than the download speeds.
How it works: Microsoft Windows has an entry in the registry that basically tells windows how much data to download before it sends a confirmation packet to the server. So by increasing this value you are accepting more data before you are forced you use your connections VERY slow upload speed. This will increase download speeds dramatically. In some cases up to 100%!
It`s really annoying to download with this :> 126kb/s...
