Is this a good idea?
Do you think in one of the annoucnements that you should have a thing saying "I have read all of the announcements for my application." and same with rules. Having something like that can help prevent people from faking like they read it.

No need, if they don't read it its bad for them, not us :)
Also we have lots of divisions, and some announcements/rules are division specific :)

yes and that would be their fault if they got denied as they specified they have read them therefore putting them self in trouble, regarding applications.They call me one wrote:Alright. It would be there fault when they flame someone :o
