Warpack 8 can't update :(

I got warpack 8 (the latest download, think v8.1) and installed fine, but then using the updater fails. it says:

Update completed.
Updating Properties\IronWeapons2.u.
[Error] Download failed!
Updating WARPACK\Properties\CTEffects.u.
[Error] Download failed!
Updating WARPACK\Properties\Properties.u.
[Error] Download failed!

when updating and then when I try and run the game it pops up with the black box w/ the logo, then crashes and force closes (twice)


Anyone know the problem?

That's because Ironhide failed to include an important file into the 8.1 setup....

Download this file: http://www.tx-gaming.net/tmp/WARPACK8.ini" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

Save it in GameData/System folder. Then it should work.

So I put that file into steam, steamapps, common, swrc, game data, system folder
but it didn't work :<

Did you launch the game via the WP8 shortcut on your desktop?
