Each application will be discussed by Staff Members from all Console Sections the members will all put their opinions foward and watch your progress on the forums, all decisions will be finally made when all or most of the staff agree. You will be informed via PM if you have got into the Staff or not. If you haven't made it you will be told the reason why and mabye you can apply again when you improve upon this.
Finally sucessful applicants will be announced and added to the staff.
