If you have already been in the COD:MW3 division previously and want to rejoin, the following rules apply:
First Rejoin: Four Votes needed.
Second Rejoin: Impossible, unless the CC declares you as an exception

To receive a Vote play matches with the members, be active arround your application and show a spotless behaviour.
