I think criticism does help, even when it is negative. If he can do whatever he wants and no one ever say him it's bad he wont change, therefore I think it actually is a help to say him what we think, sothat he can change it. Otherwise he does not know what to do to join TX, that would not help him.

Well then perhaps its better to say it in clear and good language what our problems are instead of going "oMFG CLAN HOPPER" or whatever.
