Paraguay was 1st during most of the South America qualification, Bresil came 1st at the end but Paraguay was good.

Tbh The bundesliga doesn't really threaten Bayern Munich, other clubs are either too poor or too inconsistent

Yup. In England you have Arsenal, Chelsea and ManU who are always on top and stay there consistently over the years. Same goes for Barcelona, Real and Marsellie in the other countries. In the Bundelsiga there are other clubs on top every year, besides the FCB. Just look at Hertha BSC Berlin: They were 4th last season, but finished last this time.
