Oh well, thx for that Vash, time to be serious and post real methods.

1. Vents in enemy bases.
2. DARK CORRIDORS NEVER WORK! It points you out actually through the glowing part of the flag.
3. Grab a heck of alot of nades for when you are going to get owned.
4. When people come up through vents, beat them down.
5. NEVER GO AGAINST A SHOTGUN WHEN OUT OF NADES! You will almost never win, and it's better to run.
6. Never go to the enemy base alone.
7. Find good flag tossing positions.

Got some more, but yeah, not as important.

if i got the flag and behind me is an enemy i run to him and try to punch him

what I always do I throw nades at any wall I see, of course better if they are close works now in 50 % of my runs but I keep improving in that^^

Actually I never throw them at walls. I always throw them directly onto the ground and run over my own nade. Works fine!
