Im getting a program for Gfx soon any suggestions i been using a program for quite a while that is off the radar to practice but i feel like i need something really worth using i have quite a bit to spend on it so money isn't likely to be an issue. 
I want something professional that you guys might use, i love Gfx now its time to get something really good.

Get photoshop, it's the best for GFX.

Photoshop, definitely. Takes some time to learn the basics, but there are LOADS of tutorials on the web. Good luck! ;)
