OM 0-0 Manchester United.

Manchester United decided to push Rooney out to left wing and played a midfield of Michael Carrick, Darron Gibson and Darren Fletcher. We had no playmaker in the side. Terrible game to watch, wanted to pull my eyes out.

MARIO GOMEZ!! :D

89th minute: Robben shot from 20 meters out, Julio Cesar couldn't hold on to it and Gomez just had to push it over the line. Very exciting, tense and entertaining match with good football on display and lots of chances for either side. And with the home game at the Allianz Arena still to come, mark my words, Bayern will send Inter's ass flying :nasty:

Bayern played well, Inter not really :S
Robben has been just great in this game, and even Eto'o showed to everybody all his great skill! All in all I think Bayern deserved to win, even if Inter had some good oppurtunities to score (Cambiasso had 2 ones :S).

Well if you think Robben was great this match, then wait for the 2nd leg. Because compared to other games he has been rather unspectacular this match.
For me the man of the match is clearly Thomas Kraft. It's been his fist really big game and he made som top class saves, especially the one against Eto'o in the 35th minute or so.
Also Luiz Gustavo made his best game for Bayern yet. Especially his 2 shots from distance were really impressive and the first one nearly made for a sensational goal :wink:

Yeah I forgot to say that Kraft & Luiz Gustavo played a good match aswell.
Kraft has made something on Eto'o, neutralizing his shots. Also he has been great with Cambiasso.

Bayer Leverkusen just beat Metalist Charkov 2-0, and with that the 4th Champions League spot for the Bundesliga has been secured. Take that Italy :nasty:

We're pretty close to Spain even, the season 2006/2007 was pretty disappointing for us so if that one does not count anymore - what will happen next season - we are in front of the Spanish league. :)
