T-Shirts?

Yea, it should not look like we're a club of kiddies. We need a front that sticks out and is very fluent and detailed. And in this we can show at the same time that we have a skilled gfx team. I mean, a URL is okay and some kind of joke but it shouldn't look like we're a bunch of nerds who tried to put a very nerdy t-shirt together, since this is a shirt for wearing in public (kinda, right?) and not for a game convention :)

This will get you extra costs if you want to paint all the details on the shirt... or lots of work and stickers...

Yea that would mean at least like 30% extra cost for the shirt.

Soccer jersey? if we already have one designed we can just go and SPONSOR A RL SOCCER TEAM!!!!!!! not really.

But anyway if we want such a good design like the one N'Core designed we have to consider the extra costs. Also - if we buy 20x the same it'll be way cheaper than if we all have a individual shirt. On the other hand, I would feel great with owning an individual shirt noone else has. Maybe everyone can thing of the kind of joke or slogan on his shirt himself. Like something kind of inside-ish from our clan/games but not too nerdy. That would sound cool, in addition to the outstanding design.

Well that could be a nice idea but as you already said would lead to extra-cost. And I mean it's not as if you were gonna walk in your streets and see 300 people wearing your t-shirt. no ? so you Are gonna be "unique" in a way
