Warzone.

As Barcode said, Warzone is the best and easiest way to organise such a tournament. I could help you to organise it as I'm a WZ staff member, a country vs country tournament is a very good idea which has already been discussed but never organised! I hope we'll do something this time :-)

It should be warzone. The KO "script" etc. is included there. And I'd stick to the rules I mentioned.

Worst idea ever! Why should only french ppl take part?
Instead you could create a tournament where countries play against each other. This would me more interesting and everyone can take part.
