Hm dude I can understand that you are american and it can be difficult to find some time to play with us, but I personally have never seen you in-game or XFire, and I'm pretty active. We've got american members here, such as Drift, who is often online even if he's american just like you. Please try to be more active... otherwise you'll get another no-vote in no time.
