You could ask your provider why they have problems with their connection to the LambdaNet network...

Do you have those problems at all times around the clock? Or at specific times?

So LambdaNet is overstrained during the off-peak hours... maybe they limit the traffic to your provider, because my provider routes through LambdaNet either and I never have ping problems.

Contact the technical divison of your ISP so they can probably provide you with more information.

I have called my provider and they are only saying 'reconnect your modem'.

Did you contact the technical support or the user support? Did you tell them the details, or just that your ping is high?

I have called the user support... I told them that my ping is high on TX servers (I said the IP) and I said when it's high (from 12:00 to around midnight).
