i believe him in dm he is awesome but in ctf matches i play with him he has no tactical knowledge but i think he can learn it fast

I played some matches with you in public, you did pretty well, and got a good behavoir. I do not think that missing tactical knowledge is a problem for new players in TX, that's what the low ranks, interal matches are for, and the teacher-pupil topic Krauser made once.
What counts is that he got some potential. Good luck!
