To be hounest Shanks is just making a valid point which is his own opinion, its not childish at all. What is childish is arguing with him about his own opinions instead of just saying "sorry the rules stand as they are". We don't need about 3/4 people arguing his case.

Only 1 match. If you play three matches then report them all three.

There is no 'best out of 3' rule.

I agree with Shanks ... Players with 32-48 ping is very unfair for players with more than 64 ...
Players with low ping don't see that's unfair ... But for "high" ping guy, there is a difference. I played a 1on1 with an average guy only blaster, my ping was 88 and his 48. He pwned me 15-6, afterwhat we played all weaps and I just destroyed him 15-4 ...

Civil war will be played with all weapons, not blaster only. That should solve your problem.
