Or maybe a rule that a rejoin just after a few days/weeks is impossible. That people can go and rejoin in 24 hours technically just increases the possiblity of clanhopping.
There should be a time minimum of 2-3 months.

That would be a good idea.

We already have a "penalty" for the leaver which is:

• he loses his rank

• he needs 4 votes to get in again

• he only can leave once.

=> Basicly it shouldn't bother you if he leaves and comes back after 27mins. He's "punished", let's say", already. And if he leaves again and does clanhopping, he is just not able to join again ( except for exeptions ). This rule is fair !
