Btw: I don't wanna condemn Goldjunge or anything, I think gathering experience is important. But a community movie is a pretty difficult undertaking. To collect and connect all the clips and make the final video look good takes quite some skill. I think it would be best if one of the more experienced editors (viva, acer, syndicat, nooky) did the community movie, and Goldjunge keeps practicing with "normal" or other videos.
But that's just a suggestion, so please don't rip my head off or get all angry about it

Yes' you're right, to make this community movie is a wrong thing, but maybe I would cut things and put the music to the frags. That is what I do now for a long time. After that, I'd give it to a skilled maker like you already said. ;)

Sounds good in theory, but I would not recommend it. Effects, rendering, music and cuts have to go hand in hand and serve a specific vision. If somebody cuts the clips and synchronises them with music, he's the one with the ideas, the one with the vision. Another one could come in and to the effects, sure, but the video then would feel kinda incomplete and not perfectly fine-tuned.

if u seperate intro and mainpart
both editors have to work hand in hand and talk about everything they do.
the intro sets the start if apophis would do the intro for example and someone with no experience would do the mainpart you would at first be hyped up and then feel let down
another example:
apo creates a calm intro with probably some lense flares and particles or stuff maybe with some slower paced music
then nooky does the edit in his usual way and the whole feeling you got through the intro would be destroyed and there´d be no flow

in my opinion doing an edit together is the strongest thing to do for goldjunge this would probably be the best thing as he could learn things while doing them together with other edittors..
i´d suggest someone to do the intro only if the whole theme of the movie is clear and the music is chosen
another way would be that someone whos good at cutting and knows some more unique ways of transitions to do the whole basic mainpart and probably the intro and someone with a vast knowledge of using effects to complete it with only adding a few important things

To be honest Viva has some valid points, even if he packed them in a rather offensive wrapping. However as I said before: If you really want to discuss your differences and problems with each other SO SO BADLY then PLEASE do it on xfire, via PMs or any other goddamn way and keep that crap out of the forum.
