A tip is to search and ask for constructive critism, then work with it! Never give up nomatter who novotes or says bad things. In case it happens. And be happy, engaging and energic!

Here is one.

Try to aim more for KPM(Kills per minute) than KPD (Kills per death). The real art is when you have both a Very high kpm (6-8 average imo) and a good kill/death to go WITH the KPM. It signalizes much more skill to maintain both of them than just kpd as anyone can fake good skill, camp etc. Also a map like Depot you should at least haev 4kpm with that amount of people. Nice RTG though! :-)

And if you have a super sick KPM it's usually better than a good kpd.

Surely. Maybe I can help you at some points, Im rusty aswell. You know? I can fully recommend his behaviour and attitude, regarding that he suits to TX pretty well, its just aout the current level of skill :-)
