On XBOX you are limited to 10 friends, and you have to had had each of them on your friends list for over 30 days.

You are also restricted to a set number of times you can play a 'borrowed game' as well as how many times you can lend that game to a person, which afaik, is once.

Let's take this into an example.

Penguin has PS4. Penguin says to friend, hey man, wanna borrow my new game, its rly cool? Penguin's friend says yes please and takes home disc and plays game.
