I know, I know... But he didn't need to send him off for this. I mean its always pretty loud in the Camp Nou, and maybe he simply didn't hear the whistle. I think the ref should have had a word with him, and then send him off if he does it a second time. If it were 11v11 with van Persie the game would have ended differently I think

Well, i agree with you.
But Van Persie did not go in front of Valdes, he just did the shot like that, he heard the whistle, if he would not, he would have moved closer to the goal...
