I didn't use ACP :Q just sniper and sometimes blaster. And no, he didn't flame.

btw wtf? For me it's not fine if he RQ.. I mean he was even wearing the TX app tags. If you leave a 1on1 while you're losing it's simply stupid and immature, just end it and accept the final score.
