Dont search for action on defense spot. Always stay on your base if you killed him you can get bacta/nades/ammo etc. After some time you get the feeling when getting weapons/bacta and so on or staying base while waiting for the enemy attacker. If I was defending with you, you did well but the best spot for two defender is to take distance from each other because its harder to spam and to kill for the attacker. Sometimes I didnt see you in base, I dont know where you was because one of the important things is that you know where your deffending mate is. Its really important because you can take the position for a rush.
If you get killed, then tell me pls where you get killed because that can be a very good help to prevent the rusher taking the flag. Most of the players have their own standart. It means that you should know with which weapons and moving they are going. All in all you must be vigilant on deffending spot. Always take care.

If you are deffending with a second team mate and you know that your enemy is playing with spams at the beginning always take a distance between him and you both ( you and your second teammate) should split from each other so the spam can go on one of you.

Dont post Rtg's because the voters dont care. Rtg are too easy. Its nice that you want to show your activity but I only want to give you an advice that its useless. (my opinion)

Well it's not useless but it's true that a RTG in a TDM isn't impressive.

I'd say RTG's are worth posting because they show activity on public servers.

posting tdm's rtg is only good to show that you are active , better is that you make rtg on dm servers and also that you make it against pretty good players

That was what I wanted to do. Show activity. (I actually Rtg'd twice but only got the screen from the tdm , and not the dm)
