To two of your points:

The separation in squads - in like 90% of all shooting games that's the case, in RPG's it might even be decided by e.g. race. If you want to organize 100+ (which we are I think, all div.s together) members you need a system. In the same manner this is the organization of the forum. We have 1000+ accounts so far, and there are consistently coming more people through the signup. Even tho old accounts are left alone, how can we organize the forums if not by forum/--> game/-->squad-->/spec. ranks.

Raksha has been on a vacation for I think 3 weeks or so, and he did a broad with-upgrade during his absence. Just like in my case, we have the same provider, the people f*cked up and gave us slower connections (my case) or completely stopped the service (Raksha's case). If it was you who couldn't play and be on the forum even though you wanted to, and your internet provider screwed up you wouldn't be able to do anything either. Furthermore, in the case of an absence of the Squadleader, the second highest member should be the one in command, not to decide changes or judge about important things but more to keep the squad on track.

And please ,write resignations in English. I needed to get to the second page to even find out what the whole topic was about! At least name it "Resignation" or "I leave." Jesus.
