That's what we currently do, but at first we have to vote for a game, because we can not create a back up clan and search enthousiastic members when we do not know which game we'll play.

back up plan? Something like this? ;)

- Getting volunteers for both divisions (organizers for CoD4 and BCC2 --> new topic).
- Putting up a poll to elect 2 organizers (which will be both DivGen's?) for each game
- Clarifying whose a future member of BCC2 (and additional members for CoD4, ranks for old members stay, rest: reorganize)
- Every member until now helps to search more members
- Getting at least 20 members
- Creating ranks and squads if needed
- Getting servers
- Further needed (also adapted to the game if needed) stuff; like asking the question "What do we want to achieve?" Taking part in tournaments? Playing for fun?, etc...
- Maybe (own idea) you can elect a few recruiters for a division, who will look for more or less talented players
ingame.

Ofc it's up to you to change this plan so that it fits to your needs (and put details in..). But at least you could use this as a basic.

I do not know if you'd like the idea, but I'd be availabe and to organize it in any time.

I think at least half of you agree with my idea (I mean the organizer thingy), I'll just create a "Sign up: Organizer" topic in the "RC: members only" section.

I don't know if it's a good idea to let non-TX members being organizers (since they will be DivGen's later and they didn't prove loyality to this clan yet).

But in case you wanna apply for being an organizer, send me a PM, and I'll add you to the sign-in part after a discussion (with TX members, CC or w/e about letting non-TX-members apply).

Ah, and CoD4-members, feel free to send me a PM if you wanna apply aswell.

PS: Don't apply just for fun. There is much to do and you have to put much effort and time into this (Following the steps of my plan if others agree to it).
