I agree to Viva.

Zarbon, seriously, calling someone "noob" is not a behavior TX should have toward it's applicants... We can of course be honest with them, with better manners.

I don't think this application have the TX material though but I want to hear some General opinion about him, as long as I don't have enough time to give for an application at the moment.

ofc he does. But still, he IS DEFINITELY NOT TX-MATERIAL. I think our clan is big enough at the moment, we should look out for real talents, and this guy doesnt seem to be talented. It won't help the clan at all if you say "he can show us he can do better" and stuff. Sometimes you need to be a bit strict, strict, not harsh or impolite. Tell him the truth. And the truth is:

Your chance to get in TX atm is about 5%. You need to improve drasticly.

I do fully agree with Judge. You can tell him on Xfire that he should maybe cancel his application, since he would probably waste his time with it here. But calling him a noob like "go away you suck" is exactly something I don't want in TX! We are NOT 7DS and we DO NOT act like that.

That's more than unprofessional, that's just arrogant and not fair.
