As Vash said. Maybe getting a HD 5830 instead of the HD 5750, too.
This just adds a few £ ( around 30-40 )
But all in all i think this rig should be fine...

Btw. Dont you have a DVD-RW in your old comp ? This would save a few bucks...
Just tell us what do you want to do with your Comp. ( high resolution gaming, 3d modelling, Video Editing, ... , etc. )

Re: Spec Views
Way better now. :-)
EDIT: Replace the HDD by a Samsung one. HD103SJ with 1TB and 7200RPM. Better quality and low noise.

Re: Spec Views
By the way: Go for a x86 (32 bit) version of the operating system. x64 is only getting interesting for more than 4GB of RAM.

Just a little heads-up. All of the websites in the UK that are RELIABLE, the prices on a HD 5830 is around £240 (higher than euro rate) whereas a 5750 in the UK is about £110... So yeah.

Re: Spec Views
Don't forget that those prices are in euros and we are in £ so it is quite a bit more expensive for us.
