well im sorry but imo everybody saying i have a good behavior is having one too and the other way round...so i mostly behave like the ppl i play with. so if i play with vash or judge who both have a nice attitude i will have one too. if i play with ironhide who permanently flames about acp and stuff i will also flame. and i dont know if YOU changed geniuz but you also used to flame a lot.

and the thing with judge. well i just cleared why i would never flame against him

Actually I do not flame. I just say that I do not like it and that it is annoying, but you can not really consider that as flaming. It just expressing an opinion in a proper way, even if you do not like that opinion.

That is not how you should react anyway, you should not even flame when someone else is behaving wrong. So work on that please, currently it is just another reason for a 2nd no vote.

I'd be careful what I say if I'd be you... Vash's vote is not protecting you from further consequences. Just to let you know. I do not want to overreact or something similiar, but slowly you're going to far.

Coming from a non TX guy, it happens pretty often but not with Deathy. :-)
