This was not ripping . Ripping is to just resize something or to put it as your signature and look almost the same as the original picture . It would looks stupid if i putted effects and backgrounds ... Have anything to say 'bout that :p :D ?

That's not even Ripping.
Ripping is copying someones artwork and passing it off as their own. Rory used the images in his artwork BUT gave full credit to the original creator and showed his source.

I think the sigs are good but need something really interisting like an eye catcher for example a c4d and dont blur the text :)
