With a wave filter with a Wave type: Square :) very good effect for abstract baised work.

Re: Signatures
Really nice one there, that's looking great. Maybe a rework on the right bottom side, we can see too much of the "rock" background.
And it may be too sharpen aswell around the render.

EDIT:
Found it, filled the empty area, added slight blur around the render and added a photo filter.

Working on a nooby sig
I'm bad at it, but I really love the stuff! I'm using gimp 2 because I don't have photoshop :)
If you know a better free image editing software *free*, for this kind of thing, please tell me :D I like gimp but the layers are a bit dodgy, and the transparency..

Re: Signatures
GIMP is the best free package you can get, and yes the transparency isn't great but I adapted a method of changing the opacity of the eraser tool instead of transparency and this gives surprisingly better results.
Here is a new one from me:

I tried a bit of smudging this time round and it can of course be improved but isn't too bad.

Try having a go at sig tutorials for gimp so you can get a feel to what features and tricks are available to you.Rageful Bean wrote:Working on a nooby sig
