Nice one, a bit too bright on the sky though. I like the colors, the glow effect on the traffic light catches too much the eye imo.

This is nice however the text isn't to my taste but to improve perhaps you should have put the Text on one of the signs or slightly over the green flare to make it easier on the eye.
