Ya, sorry I was just saying when your Com its not all it's cracked up to be.
Also being a Com they need to be what has mostly been said previously in this thread. But they have to coupe under pressure aswell, say if a clan match in CTF or TDM week goes wrong (for any reason) and both sides heat up and start shouting and cussing at the other side/clan then the Gen or highest ranking officer should step in and take control. To sort the situation out. Cause he's the Gen, everyone should be looking to him. . . If you get what I mean. So it's not just a childish argument.

yeh, some members of MotR are good people.. but when people always expect to be treated like they are kings all the time, and just think they can walk from clan to clan and get the same respect annoys me..Vash wrote:Well I don't hate MotR ... I like most of them. I just dislike some guys who think they are god and dream to get the red carpet everywhere.ThePrice wrote:I agree with Lethal.. i Think this clan is awesome.. we have a clan leader who sticks to the rules, doesnt bend them and he hates MotR.. what else do you need?
Giving up a Rank like GEN just shows that you shouldn't be given the responcibility in the first place.. apart from if you were gen for a long time and went VET and stayed in the clan.. When i was a Gen in GG, i stepped down because i was under alot of pressure from work (like i am now) not from bordum..
But people who always try to get Gen spot through greed are fools.. you should only really go for it if your gonna be commited to it and stick with it till you are physicly incapible of doing otherwise..

I was Euro Commander in MotR back when it was unstoppable. (About 2 years ago.) Back then I wanted nothing else than to be a commander, just because of he rank and when I got there I encounter loads more responbility, than I thought I would, and frankly I was in over my head and I found it hard to be a good Com too start off with. So what TNova is said is exstactly right, and really think about it before you go for it, or get offered it to see if you have the time spare and comittment to put forward.TNova wrote:Giving up a Rank like GEN just shows that you shouldn't be given the responcibility in the first place.. apart from if you were gen for a long time and went VET and stayed in the clan..
