Hi Samo,
I'm sorry but 3 times leaving is too much. You should have learned your mistake after 1 time leaving but as we all can see you didn't. After consultation wtih some high ranked members we came to the predictable result: Denied.

All ppl told me that he left 3 times. But even 2 times is too much, 1 time ok but then you should get it into your mind. As in RL as well: Think of the consequences beforehand!
