I am sorry, but why is this person allowed to app for TX again after having been denied 4 times in the past, each time with a different name?

We need to do it!
There is no rule which controls the maximum number of times a player can apply.
And in my opinion such a rule should not be made!
So he can apply whenever he thinks he is good enough to join and if he takes it sirious.

I do not think that Ridley was talking about a rule that we do not have to, but about the fact that being denied 4 times in a row is just obvisously showing that someone is not ready to join (last app just 4 weeks ago).

I know what Ridley wants to say. But we can't say: You are not allowed to apply. All we can do, is to deny these applicants.
That's all i wanted to say. (Didn't want to say that someone orders a rule ;) )

Additionally to this he was in every RepCom clan AT LEAST 2 times (not a joke!). MA, RRP all of them! And he renamed himself over and over again to be able to reapp everywhere. This has something to do with maturity aswell. I think such a person deserves no 20th or 50th chances.

I would not completely exclude that what you sayed Ridley, its a little bit childish but this here is now my full serious. 1 No-vote, was aus meiner Sicht, nur aus Hass gemacht wurde, von allen fast Dumm angemacht und mich bei vieln matches abeglehnt.
Einige werden froh sein ;) ,andere vllt. weniger, kp, is mir wurscht.
An alle anderen Apper, Gl weiterhin ;D. App vielleicht noch mal so in nem halben Jahr, wenn sich andere wieder beruhigt haben.
