As long as there are known players, yes, but usually there are not (or not wearing real tags). So we can barely compare and judge the screen, that works better when we know the players (scrims).

Fully agreed. It's hard. Once i got killed 2 times in the last 10 secs by a same guy with AA and stats were 52-2. I was like omfg (but didn't wrote it). But ye it's not easy to make such stats even with noobs.

I know many many players who can do that but would still have no chance against decent players in scrims.

Yes, but not only Publics. He posted 2 Match screens so far, and in one of them he lost. I won't vote for 1on1 & public screens. You can't judge his tactical knowledge from them. Even though I doubt his english is good (enough).

His English is sufficient and in my eyes as good as quite a few here.

I have the impression he doesn't understand a word of what we're saying here. Usually you'd have said "I'll try to play some matches soon" or something similar.
I didn't see a full sentence by him yet which makes me wonder if his english is good enough.
