I didn't wrote it because i wanted to decide, i wrote it because you always wait at least 2 weeks before get denied an inactive app, to do some time more to the applicant ^^
Maybe he has some important issues in RL.

If he does, he could just message us to say that he wi.ll be back in 1 week. But there isnt any answers of him.
