I know many many players who can do that but would still have no chance against decent players in scrims.
And I know many many players who can do well in scrims but would still have no chance on a dm party ^^

Yes, but not only Publics. He posted 2 Match screens so far, and in one of them he lost. I won't vote for 1on1 & public screens. You can't judge his tactical knowledge from them. Even though I doubt his english is good (enough).
Of course only dm screens is not sufficient but I did not say I only want to see dm screens ^^ and to make a highscore in dm you need tactical knowledges, which are not the same as tacknowledges at ctf

I meant tactical knowledge for CTF matches. You don't need a team (Clan) to play DM matches, that's why I won't vote for DM screens only. In scrims/interns you need a good teamplay etc. and this is why you join a clan, to even have a team.

I'm talking about the tactical knowage in pub. I think it's only camping in low floors and vents and it's nothing special

Just 1on1d him, that's the score (yes I improved my sniper ^^)
His sniper is pretty good, just 2-3 times I didn't have to get bacta because of 4 HP after killing him.
Good game and nice behaviour. Play scrims & interns and improve your english ^^ and you'll do it.

To be successful in CTF you need to learn to function as a unit with the rest of your team.. Even if you dont camp, playing by DM is an independent match, driven by independent tactics. But i would say there are still links between both of them;
Its like when you hear people say "OMG 3 v 1" ... the reality is its a deathmatch.. everyone is trying to kill everyone. If your sharp enough, you can play yourself out of a 3v1 situation, or turn it around on another; learning such skills as this can help your CTF tactics for attacking, or defending. If your team has the enemys flag, and 3 guys rush your base at once, you gotta react quickly and effectively to make sure they dont get your flag. Its still potentially a 3v1 situation but in a different game type. Equally, when your attacking, you might have to kill several people to get to the flag.
I think CTF game type is more about being able to adapt than anything else.

The whole game is about killing the other one, so it's highly likely that there are a lot of similarities in the different game modes for the same game. But there are also differences, e.g. in DM you don't have a flag, so it's not to 100% the same and you can't say "he's good in DM, so he's also a pro in CTF".
Well anyway, let's go on with the app. Inferno you still have to add me.

Btw, if you're good enough to do a 106-9 without only luck you'll be able to handle most of the possible situations in CTF. Don't forget it's all about who's gonna kill the guy in front of you in first.
But well you can't compare both because you're alone in Dm and not in CTF

Not really, it is also about knowing tactics. "Where might he go?", "where can I hide now?", "where could he hide?", "how can I surprise them?" and much more.
