Not really impressed by the screenshots yet.
Im sorry for my late response but im the Zeta Squad General and i was on an absence.

I vote NO.
I saw him in game and he didn't look good (like 50 kills with 40 deaths in 20 minutes).
Also train more and re-apply later.
