Because he tried to trick us by saying he is someone else than Chief, as you can see at the application form I posted before he tried to use a new name ("no previous clans" etc.) but it seems like he used a wrong account, not his new but his old one. Also I never said I denied him.
I said 'lol you're an idiot, locked' then moved it out of the 'active' join section into the denied area, as it was the most suitable place to put such a dumb topic. I did not even know he was trying to apply under a fake name until I saw Ironhide's post.
