Announcement: RG rule change

Hey guys,

Since some time has past since the incidents involving RG members a while ago, we now feel we've reached a time when we believe we can change our rule regarding RG members joining TX. RG members are from now on apply for TX divisions however they must first make a request with the CC.

Remember: The CC will discuss each request thoroughly to make sure we get the right applicants for TX.
