So basically the new NG mappack should be included in the TX WP if we want to play it in scrims?

Tbh, I don't want to download 9000 map-packs.

TX already has RC, TX, SOC maps etc.

Hosted on a fast FTP server, with a decent installer that actually detects the installation properly on x64 windows. Not to mention the extra admin commands, skins, new weapons etc if you play in wp6 mode.

@Iron: Cool story bro. But without maps made by all the clans, the WP would not exist in the way it exist nowdays. So the work is mostly made by mapper. I would say ur work is about 49%. So there is just one mappack right now, so where is the problem to download it?
And srsly, I wanna play RepCom and not a totally modded game. my point of view, not more.

Easy deal: if you want to be added in the next version of our WarPack, feel free to ask for it. We're always looking for new stuff!

You will be mentioned in the installer and in the Readme file. We do not say "it's all made by TX". We made most of the included stuff and we organised it since it's first day. You can think what you want, but in my opinion it's an advantage to be in the WarPack: maps get known way faster and will be played more often, as WarPack is probably the most popular and known map pack for Republic Commando and many people download it!

Totally agree to Ironhide and Vash if you keep posting like this here it just shows more and more to other guys that there are problems considering your mappack.
Btw: Isn't Seany permanently banned from the forums?I remember Ironhide banned him when he tried to create a new account.
B2T now admin responds on the question I guess.

Seany look at the reality... Even me who was a 100% Dark Clone man accepted to give some of my very very old maps on the warpack. I did not care if it was called TX and not Dc, what I wanted was just to play some scrims on it!!!

Hmmm i look bak here expecting to see valid comments/ critique of mappak as a product IE nice , crap etc change so and so. etc
Im surprised by all the furore . Personally i think its a overall v gud mappak all the best older wdm maps hand selected and pimped up and the nu maps are better than the best old wdm maps, !! I dont think u could improve on this much except to have hi def texture in each map ,
Anymore comments along the same lines ???

Btw I updated 1337. The NG mappack is now available.
There're some rly nice maps in it, exspecially the map with the weapon highlighting (forgot the name again :P). This is an awesome idea!
In my opinion every clan should have all mappacks installed.

Looks like you missed some maps. We tried to play on e.g Thrake and Zone5 and they didnt work.
