Your improvement in the last week (ironically after getting denied) has been good and it shows you are able to improve. Of course I expect you to further develop in TX. I also understand your reasons for quitting your NG app and they are fair.

Although in the past I haven't gotten along with Barcode so well, and perhaps inclined his last application to get denied, he has improved his ability in game recently and looks like a much more rounded player. Also he has displayed good attitude and so I can find no reason not to VOTE
